Construct

The design for the Construct *Work table highlights the neat symmetry of the timber at 70 by 35mm and the table size of 2000 by 1000mm. There is Fibonacci sequence at work here. The table has a visual lightness thanks to the great internal strength of the hardwood and the neat utilitarian or effortless nature seen in construction site work tables, there is a simple pleasure to the crosscut! The Construct *Work version has a plywood top to allow for more function and practical abuse from the working requirements.

The table is made from the beautiful Australia hardwoods – Tasmanian Oak, Spotted gum or Blackbutt. We offer 3 option for the top; as a work table in BB grade plywood, as a dining table with solid hardwood and with the luxury of a marble slab.
